Senior High Retreat 2007

*Update*I took off the song...just in case it was driving any of you crazy! :)
Jon and I had a great time this weekend with our Senior Class and the rest of the youth group at the Fall Retreat. A lot of our adult friends were also there. I took several pictures, and a lot of them came out really good. I'm (hopefully) posting a slideshow of the pics...there are quite a few, so it might take a few minutes to get through them all. Anyways...If you watch, I hope you enjoy...I just wanted to get it up here so anyone who wanted to take a peek could...

Wish I had put forth more effort to know our kids when we were there. Looks like you all had lots of fun! Everyone has grown up!

P.S. Did Thomas get in a fight?! His eye looks rough!

Looks like everyone had a great time! I'm glad that you and Jon were able to go.

I love the pictures of the fall trees reflecting in the lake.

Thomas says he got into a fight...He fell out the swing while trying to jump out of it...never even put his hands out...funniest thing I have seen in a long time

Thanks for sharing this slide show! I am really sad I missed the retreat but, Corey & I are so thankful to have such GREAT huddle leaders to always be there for our kids. You make a difference every time you reach out to one of them. Thanks for loving our teens. You guys are awesome!

Hi Anonymous...I just found this song when I was trying to put the slideshow together. I used Slide.com, and the song is called These Friends of Mine by Rosie Thomas. I went to her website, and I think she's from Detroit...which is pretty cool, cuz I grew up 3 miles from Detroit!

WOW! A ton of pictures! Thank you for sharing since I was tending to the ill instead of being there. BTW-1st comment on a blog ever!
